🔹 Who are these coaching packages for?
These packages are for individuals seeking deep, personalized support across multiple dimensions of well-being—physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and more. Whether you're just starting out (1-Month) or ready for full-spectrum transformation (3- or 6-Month), there's a pathway for you.
🔹 Can I purchase a coaching package before the free consultation?
No — we kindly ask that you do not purchase any coaching package before completing the free consultation. During the consultation, we’ll explore your needs, goals, and alignment. If we both feel the program is a good fit, you may proceed with booking your selected package. This ensures clarity, readiness, and personalized support.
🔹 What is included in each package?
1-Month Intensive: 4 x 90-minute sessions (no bonuses)
3-Month Balance: 8 x 90-minute sessions (4 weekly, 4 biweekly)
- One-time payment includes 1 bonus 60-minute session
- Installments or upgrade from 1-Month does not include bonus session
6-Month Embodiment: 14 x 90-minute sessions (4 weekly, 10 biweekly)
- One-time payment includes 2 bonus 60-minute sessions (1 during the 3-Month, 1 during the upgrade to 6-Month)
- Installments or upgrade from 3-Month includes only 1 bonus session
All multi-month packages include 2 x 20-minute check-ins/month during integration months.
🔹 Do I have to pay upfront?
1-Month Intensive: One-time payment required
3-Month Balance: One-time or 2 payments
6-Month Embodiment: Only available to clients who have completed the 3-Month Package. One-time or 2 payments for the first 3-Month, and one-time or 3 payments for the second 3-Month continuation.
Only one-time payment plans include bonus sessions.
🔹 What are the flexible support options?
Individual 1-Hour Sessions are available to all clients for focused guidance, clarity, or integration.
1-Month Support Plan is available only to clients who have completed the 6-Month Embodiment Journey. Ideal for clients navigating energetic or seasonal shifts, anchoring new patterns, or preparing for future phases of growth. It offers continued alignment and integration through:
- 2 x 90-minute sessions
- 2 x 20-minute check-ins/month
🔹 Do you offer sliding scale or scholarships?
At this time, package pricing reflects the depth, preparation, and presence required for this work. Individual 1-hour sessions, and installment options for multi-month packages are available to support accessibility.
🔹 What if I can’t make a session?
All sessions (package, bonus, individual, or check-ins) must be scheduled by the Client at least 48 hours in advance.
You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice.
Sessions missed or canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
🔹 What is your refund policy?
1-Month Package: Non-refundable (except in the case of serious emergencies, e.g., illness, hospitalization, accident, and if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase with no sessions or intake materials used.)
3-Month and 6-Month Packages:

- If canceling the package: sessions scheduled within 7 days of notice are non-refundable; all other unused sessions are eligible for refund.
Payment Plan Adjustments: For clients on installment plans, refunds will be calculated based on completed vs. unused sessions within the billing period.
All Packages: If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase and no sessions or intake materials have been used, a full refund may be granted minus a $250 administrative fee, which includes scheduling, preparation, onboarding, and platform transaction costs (e.g., Squarespace/Stripe fees).

🔹 Why is the 1-Month Package non-refundable?
The 1-Month Intensive is designed as a high-impact commitment to yourself — a full immersion into focused support and transformation. To honor the depth of this work and ensure an aligned coaching relationship, this package is non-refundable.
This policy helps protect the energetic container of our work by encouraging clarity, readiness, and intentional participation from the start. It also supports the integrity of the coaching process by filtering out those who may not be fully prepared to engage. In genuine emergencies (such as serious illness, accident, etc.) exceptions will be made.
🔹 What happens if I don’t use all my sessions?
All sessions within a package are expected to be used within the designated timeframe (e.g., 1-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month). Extensions may only be granted in exceptional emergency circumstances and must be formally approved. Individual 1-hour sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.
🔹 Can I continue after my current package?
Clients may continue into the 3-Month or 6-Month Journey if and when they feel ready, within 1 month of their final session.
Continuation from the 1-Month Package into the 3-Month Package does not include the 3-Month bonus session.
Continuation from the 3-Month Package into the 6-Month Journey includes only 1 bonus session for one-time payments (as the first was already received).
If more than 1 month has passed since your final session, you are welcome to reconnect through an individual session. We will then determine the most aligned next step together.
🔹 Can I pause my package or extend it over a longer period?
To maintain consistency and integrity of the container, sessions are expected to be completed within the defined time period. In rare circumstances involving serious life disruptions, extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Individuals 1-hour sessions and 1-month support plans are to be used within 6 months of purchase.
🔹 Can I gift a session or package to someone?
Yes. Gifting is available, though best received when the client is open and interested in the work. Please reach out directly to coordinate a gift session or package. Gifted sessions are subject to the same scheduling, preparation, and refund policies as regular sessions. The recipient must agree to the Coaching Agreement prior to the first session.
🔹 Is this coaching a substitute for therapy or medical care?
No. Coaching is not therapy, mental health treatment, or medical care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care for medical or psychological concerns. Coaching supports personal growth, self-awareness, and intentional well-being.
🔹 How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching centers around present-moment awareness, intentional action, and deeper self-understanding. It helps you move forward with intention and clarity. It may include working with past-rooted patterns, but it is not a clinical or medical service. Unlike therapy, coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not medical or psychological service. It supports personal growth, vision, and transformation.
🔹 Do I need to prepare anything before sessions?
There’s no formal preparation required. You are welcome to bring intentions, recent reflections, or simply arrive as you are. A quiet space, stable internet/camera/audio, and a journal or notebook can help you stay grounded and integrate insights.

Each session offers a grounded, focused space to explore what’s most alive for you—whether that’s a recurring pattern, an emerging insight, or a key area of life. Our work is present-moment, practical, and compassionate—supporting clarity, inner alignment, and meaningful change.
🔹 Are our sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything shared is held in strict confidence. The only exception is if there is a safety concern that legally requires reporting. Otherwise, your process is yours alone, and it is respected as such.
