Please note: Online virtual sessions require access to an electronic device (e.g., computer, tablet, phone) with a reliable internet connection, a functioning camera and microphone.
1. Book a Free Consultation (45 minutes)
🌊 Schedule a complimentary 45-minute virtual session directly through the website. Please note: consultations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
🌊 Prior to your consultation, you’ll receive a brief 5–10 minute phone call to confirm tech setup (internet, camera, audio), session logistics, and answer any early questions.
🌊 During the consultation, we’ll explore your well-being goals, needs, values, and budget. If we both feel aligned, you’ll have the space to reflect, choose the coaching package that best suits your next step.
2. CHOOSE A Well-BEING PACKAGE & Sign UP & Pay
🌊 Once you’ve selected your package (see below), you’ll sign the Coaching Agreement and make your payment directly through the website.
🌊 1-Month Package: Requires a one-time payment.
🌊 3-Month Package: Offers either a one-time payment (includes 1 bonus session) or 2 monthly payments (no bonus).
🌊 6-Month Package: Available only to clients who have completed the 3-Month Package. Continuation from 3-month to 6-month offers either one-time payment (includes 1 bonus session) or 2 monthly payments (no bonus).

3. Schedule Coaching Sessions
🌊 Once payment is complete, you’ll receive access to member site to schedule your sessions. 🌊 To maintain momentum and consistency, we aim to hold sessions on the same day and time each week or biweekly time based on your selected package.
🌊 1-Month Package: 4 weekly 90-minute sessions.
🌊3-Month and 6-Month Packages: Month 1 includes 4 weekly 90-minute sessions; Months 2-3 (or 2-6) follow a biweekly 90-minute rhythm.
